I have a judgment from a British court; can I seize assets in Spain?
Following Brexit, judgments handed down in the United Kingdom are no longer automatically enforced in Spain. It is necessary to initiate a legal procedure known as ‘exequatur’ so that the Spanish courts recognise the English judgment and allow the seizure of assets in our country.We handle the entire process.
I am a foreign national with assets in Spain; do I need to make a Spanish will?
It is highly recommended. Although European law (the Succession Regulation) allows your estate to be governed by the law of your nationality or residence, making a will in Spain limited exclusively to your Spanish assets will save your heirs years of red tape and high costs for translation and legalisation (Apostille).
I want to move to Spain to work remotely; what visa do I need?
Spain offers the Digital Nomad Visa, ideal for non-EU professionals working remotely for non-Spanish companies (or who are international freelancers).
